We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from verypepeshop.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return:
- Log in to your account at verypepeshop.com and go to “My Orders” to start your return.
- Select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid return label.
- Pack your items securely and attach the return label.
- Drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Important Information:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Return processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive your package.
- The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, please place a new order at verypepeshop.com and return the original items.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through the help center at verypepeshop.com. We’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
International Returns:
Customers outside our main markets may be responsible for return shipping costs. Please check verypepeshop.com for specific country policies.
Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.
